Who is your favourite leader?

A new leader always appears in every era, in Indonesia, a large country in Southeast Asia have gained Jokowi as a new leader. Joko Widodo is then known as Jokowi, was born in a small town, Solo, Central Java. Starting from a "regular", this Metal Rock music fan, was transformed into a furniture entrepreneur, successful export a wide range of furniture products abroad. Armed with idealism to serve the people, Jokowi elected twice as mayor of Solo. The leadership of the mayor, continues to Jakarta, and was elected as governor in the Indonesian capital.

 The hallmark of Jokowi  leadership is prioritize dialogue with various parties, especially with people he would regulate, for example, the street vendors, informal settlements dwellers who occupy the riverbanks, or those who occupy lands owned by the government. As he proved in Solo, Jokowi do not need to use an iron hand to right the situation and carry out legal action. Jokowi have prepared a solution for every action that he did, so that the opposition cannot be easy to criticize Jokowi.

Jokowi leadership has now become a unique phenomenon in Indonesia, and used as an example by people in other areas, so it is not a surprise as the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP), finally nominate this skinny guy as President of Indonesia. Based on a quick count, Jokowi successfully won the presidential election. As president, Jokowi Indonesia has the opportunity to lead with vision and a new mission, to make Indonesia more severe than in the previous decade.

To run the program that he promoted during the campaign, Jokowi has prepared "Mental Revolution", so that the public and the bureaucracy in Indonesia will be more disciplined, reducing the corruption that has cost the country, and prepare to be more prosperous Indonesia.

Leadership is not only required by a nation, even a family or a small company, and ourselves are also needed. Then, what is the meaning of leadership?

Have you ever dreamed to become a leader? We can be a leaderin many areas of life such as leading a company, the president of our country, city, led friends at an event on campus, or lead a group. You can become a leader in any field, if you have strong dreams and want to understand the various aspects and the art of leadership.

In smaller environments such as within a family, we can lead a household with a husband or wife of our beloved. Some say that a person exists because the leader was born to be leaders. Is that true? Others say, that leadership can be studied scientifically.

A leader can give effect to many people. Why? A leader is seen from the behavior, body language, his smile, attitude, what was said, and what actions. 

Did George Washington, Sukarno (Founding father and first President of the Republic of Indonesia), John F. Kennedy, Jesus Christ, Dalai Lama,Steve Jobs, Mikael Gorbachev, is a leader? Whoever the leader, they are also human. They must have had weaknesses and strengths.

If you feel you were not born as a leader, believe me, leadership can be learned from the theory, seminars, reading success stories of world leaders, Kings, presidents, singers, businessmen, or the story of the existing informal community leader. When there are seminars on leadership, I suggest you attend this seminar because you'll get the story and experience of the leader. Or you can get inspiration from speech or utterance of those famous quotes like the following:
